The task: integrated event management
On June 10-13 STEM marketing agency held an annual corporate meeting for MONT company workers.
The concept of the event was “Evenings on a farm near Kiev, or How Cossacks sailed over three seas”. As the title implies, the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, was chosen as the place of action. Over 120 workers of MONT company had divided into several teams and competed with each other for three days in raft and sail ship races, played action games. Every evening there were traditional feasts and national Ukrainian dances. On the last day of rest the participants enjoyed a performance by the world famous Ukrainian equestrian theatre.
MONT workers also got “Cossack” gifts: a bottle of gorilka and a lump of salo in a canvas bag..
