In May 2016, STEM agency initiated to realize a big road show for the top IT-brand in seven Russian cities: Saint Petersburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Tashkent, Tbilisi, Moscow, Ekaterinburg and Minsk. The agency was tasked to organize the conference turnkey and make most comfortable conditions for the conference’s guests and company’s experts.
In each city was organized a business conference of company’s key products. The conference was accompanied with the exhibition of brand’s partners’ products. The company’s experts were making reports about latest novelties, were sharing trends and tendencies with the IT specialists and IT marketers.
The agency’s design studio elaborated the branding of the event on the base of the company’s form style: brand wall, demo zone, panel of partners’ stands, polygraphy, souvenirs.
«We built a clear system of logistics. As a result, in each city, everything went perfect – the client was thinking only about the content of the business program. In 2017 we expect the next road show to the world’s new cities», - says Natalia Krohmal, project manager of the STEM agency.
