On June 17-19, 2010, the International Economic Forum traditionally took place in Saint Petersburg. Tieto corporation was among its partners and STEM communication agency lent Tieto organizational and informational support.
PR specialists’ team of the agency provided media assistance to the Finnish corporation in its participation in the Economic Forum. Two media conferences for journalists of the leading business periodicals were held in Tieto's mobile briefing center.
Tieto company had found an unconventional approach to presentation of its capabilities. A mobile briefing center was presented to the participants of the forum – a full-fledged IT solution for work of remote offices and branches. Not only mass media but also top managers of the Russian companies and the government officials visited the center.
Marketing and communication director of Tieto in Russia and the CIS Karina Glukhareva told about Tieto's participation in SPIEF 2010: “This is an important and very interesting project, that is why we paid special attention to selection of contractors for its execution. Participation in the Forum means extremely high level of responsibility and many complicated organizational aspects. But having worked in a team with the agency we dealt with all tasks successfully”.
