STEM Agency organized the first Winter Festival "Elki.Elki.Elki" in the Peter and Paul Fortress.
The festival is an art installation of Christmas trees, which were designed by the residents of our city and selected through an open vote.
During the project more than 100 participants have submitted their layouts designs on the site of the project - http://elki.stem-a.ru/, of which 20 best works were selected by public vote.
Professional artists, students and graduates of the St. Petersburg State Art and Industry Academy named after Stieglitz and the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after IE Repin: Irina Elatomtseva Anna Pautova, Alexander Bondarenko, Nikolai Gorodnyakov Anastasia Sokolova, Anna Smirnova, Lubov Rumyantseva, Natalya Mitrofanova, Daria Astashova, Alexander Vaskina Anastasia Malechko Anna Sheshina, Natalia Ivanova and Tatyana Kurkova - moved New Year's fantasies of St. Petersburg`s citizens at Christmas tree`s constructions with acrylic paints.
The exposition is located in the Peter and Paul Fortress in Ioannovsky Ravelin and will be held from December 20, 2016 to January 10, 2017.
"The project was created in collaboration with the Museum of History of St. Petersburg to bring joy to the citizens and give them the opportunity to realize their ideas by creating the Christmas decorations for the city. Saint Petersburg - is our common home, and the home before holidays is usually decorated by the whole family. We hope Santa Claus will like our artificial Christmas trees, and maybe someone will find their gifts underneath it ", - Yulia Shameeva, PR-manager of the project.
