GOAL
Hold an interactive exhibition of the international pharmaceutical company «Science for a better life» in «AFIMALL City», Moscow. Exhibition’s target audience were school children and students interested in natural sciences, as well as anybody interested in science achievements and their practical use.
OBJECTIVES
• working out a concept of the event;
• integrated event-management.
REALIZATION
STEM experts successfully executed all preparation arrangements by connecting with contractors and partners, decorating the venue and ensuring its steady functioning. As part of the exhibition BAYER organizes special events for school children and students.
Children in ward of the “Gift of Life” charity fund for kids with oncohaematological and other serious deseases were guests of the exhibition. There was an entertainment program and an excursion for them, as well as memorable souvenirs from the company.
RESULT
«BAYER» exhibition in Moscow was the last in its European tour and undoubtedly one of the brightest. More than 3 000 people visited the exhibition during three days of its work.
